If you are unsatisfied with your order, you can get a refund in the first 30 days from when your order is shipped. All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, have zero stains, have zero odors (cologne, perfume, deodorant, detergent, smoke, etc.), have no pet hair or human hair, and must be returned in its original condition. All items will be fully inspected, any item deemed ineligible for a return will be donated and you will not receive a refund. If your item is ineligible for a return and you want it back, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to have it returned to you.
